Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Most items purchased from our store can be returned within the 14-day window, provided they meet our condition requirements.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging
• With all tags still attached
• In the same condition as received
• Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team with your order number
• We'll provide you with a return authorization and address to ship back to
• Pack the item securely
• Post it back to us at the address stated

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that are sourced in
